1.    The following Executive Committee has been unanimously elected uncontested. The tenure of this new Ex. Committee will be for 2 years:

Treasurer-                   Gunkeshari Pradhan

2.    \ All activities including the financial activities for the FY 064-65 and 065-066 has been approved. The Treasurer, Gunkeshari Pradhan has read out all the activities and its financial implications activities. (report can be made available on request)
 
3.    In the AGM itself, Mr. Kundan Sapkota has committed 1 scholarship for 5 years (Rs.2500 X ! scholarship X 5years= Rs.12,500) and 2 scholarships for 5 years (Rs.2500 X 2 scholarship X 5years= Rs.25,000) by Mr. Bhasker Bhandari. Each scholarship is worth Rs. 2,500 each and is committed for 5 years. All present in the meeting thanked both Kundan Sapkota and Bhasker Bhandari for their commitment. It is a gesture of support and encouragement for HVMAA Ex.Committee Members.
 
4.    Mr. Tej Narayan Shrestha and Mr. Yogendra Bum has been appointed as the Auditor and Legal Advisor respectively.
 
5.    Deepak Man Shrestha, president highlighted on the future programmes:
 
·         Focus will be made to increase Life Members. The Life Members will be in continuous touch with the activities carried out by the HVMAA through emails and website
·         The Scholarship programmes  will be continued and more school will be identified for granting the scholarships.
·         The Ex. Com will make effort to organize one fund raising programme every year to fund its activities.
·         One Health Camp will be organized as we have done last year.
·         Partnership with other prominent NGOs will explored. Dialogues are underway with Help Network Nepal along this line.
·         Get-together of all the ex-HVM students will be held and carried out as an annual programme.
·         The Executive Committee will host one get-together programme exclusively for Life Members only.
