Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 10 October 2009


NOTICE

 

The Executive Committee Meeting held on 6 September 2009 has decided to conduct its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 10 October 2009 at 11.30am at Himalaya Vidya Mandir. All members are requested to kindly participate in this AGM to make it a grand success. 

The term of the existing Executive Committee also has expired and hence anyone interested to contest for the new Executive Committee are also welcome. Election will be held on this day. Those interested candidates contact the Ex. Committee to file the candidacy and for further details.
